Sometimes fire needs room to grow. From July through September, we're closing Ember's doors to move forward, not to go quiet. We'll announce exactly when we reopen soon, but reservations are already open from October 13.
Meanwhile, our fire keeps burning: this summer Zino & Arthur travel across Belgium, to unique locations and special partners. Expect our familiar vision and undiminished passion for fire and pure ingredients, just in a different setting.
